Workshops allow participants to be present & notice what is happening during the progression of their creative experience. Through questions, prompts, materials, & group interaction new possibilities may emerge.

Exploring Worlds
This workshop focuses on the process of art making, daydreaming, and play. I ask participants “journey” questions that assist in peering into the imaginary world of their inner child & discover what is longing to emerge. There is time for writing, sharing, and reflection. This workshop is helpful for folks who desire to create with curiosity and rekindle wonder & mystery into their creative practice.
Mixed Media Journaling
A series of art journaling sessions to write and make art, perfect for those who would like to start a creative practice, create and learn using different materials, make new friends, and come together to share their work and ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
Sending Kindness Through Meditation
During this gathering the focus is sharing gratitude & encouragement with those in our friends, family, or community circles, through creativity & meditation. Creations inspired from will be sent as snail mail to folks in your circles as a way to nurture connection and compassion. Together we practice sending goodwill through intention and our creations.
Creative Courage & Inspiration
Experience an uplifting approach to creative expression. Rebecca will guide all participants through prompts and a visualization of reflection as inspiration. With encouragement as an anchor, participants will create & share collage materials in a way that will allow new possibilities to emerge for their creations. You will leave with a fresh view of a creative process and something to keep as a representation of joy and connection. Bring an open mind and playful heart.
Stick Together
Assembling images and textures together to form new ideas and spark creative inspiration is the basis of collage; it’s one of the most accessible ways of visual expression. Stick Together is an un-guided gathering to work in a comfortable environment, and add more accountability to your creative practice.
